It’s no secret I’m a major proponent of the humble paper plate. $1.60 bought my girls 20 canvases & hours of creating this weekend!

Is your little mate needing a gentle nudge to create? Offering a paper-alternative opens up a whole new world for kids. A paper plate, with its pre-existing texture & shape, is a perfect (& thrifty) creative prompt. Rather than an A4 blank canvas, your little mate is now holding a wheel, or turtle shell, an ice cream scoop or a mask. The list goes on…
