Egg Carton Fairy Garden

Back on the craft wagon this week with this super cute one! Check out my reels on Instagram for a step-by-step vid!

Ages: 5+

You will need:
⋒ Egg carton
⋒ Toilet roll
⋒ Scissors
⋒ Red, green, brown, white acrylic paints
⋒ Brushes
⋒ PVA glue
⋒ Blu-tack

1. Cut out & paint white all of the egg carton cones- these are your mushroom stems.
2. Cut out & paint red 5 of the egg carton cups- these are your mushroom caps.
3. Cut off the egg carton lid & paint the inside green- this is your forest floor.
4. Paint your toilet roll brown - this will be a log.
5. Add details like white mushroom spots & bark lines using paint pens, paint or textas.
6. Attach the mushroom caps to the stalks using blu-tack.
7. Assemble your garden & glue your log & mushrooms in place.

Your garden is complete! All you need is some fairy visitors!
Of course you are free to add more details! I just wanted to show how much you can create with so little materials.
